Aims (2025 Update)

Provide high-quality, personalised non-surgical aesthetic treatments that enhance natural beauty while prioritising safety, client comfort, and satisfaction.

2. Promote Safety and Professionalism
Maintain the highest standards of clinical safety, infection control, and ethical practice in line with Health Improvement Scotland (HIS), CQC, and other regulatory bodies.

3. Build Long-Term Client Relationships
Cultivate trust and loyalty by offering bespoke, results-driven treatment plans based on individual client needs, supported by compassionate and consistent aftercare.

4. Foster Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Lead through innovation by regularly integrating evidence-based treatments, advanced technologies, and continuous professional development.

5. Create a Welcoming and Inclusive Environment
Ensure all clients feel valued, respected, and supported in a calm, professional, and inclusive clinic setting.

 

Objectives (2025–2026)

1. Achieve ≥95% Client Satisfaction
Continuously monitor and enhance treatment quality and client experience via regular surveys, feedback mechanisms, and service reviews.

2. Invest in Training and Clinical Excellence
Ensure 100% of clinical staff complete annual CPD, mandatory training (including HIS and infection prevention), and receive advanced technique certification.

3. Offer Bespoke Treatment Plans
Conduct thorough consultations for every client, including a full medical and aesthetic assessment, to ensure safe, effective, and personalised results.

4. Maintain Full Safety & Compliance
Achieve and maintain 100% compliance with HIS, IPC, health and safety, and data protection regulations through audits, staff training, and robust protocols.

5. Enhance Client Retention by ≥20%
Implement a client loyalty and engagement strategy, including personalised follow-ups, rebooking incentives, and treatment journey tracking.

6. Expand Treatment Portfolio
Introduce at least two new advanced aesthetic treatments by Q1 2026 based on client demand, market trends, and clinical effectiveness.

7. Grow Brand and Digital Presence
Increase brand awareness and new client acquisition by ≥30% through targeted social media campaigns, content marketing, and community partnerships.

8. Promote Sustainable Clinic Practices
Reduce carbon footprint and clinical waste by ≥15% over the next 12 months by adopting eco-conscious consumables, digital systems, and recycling initiatives.
